Cancellation Policy

Our therapists work on commission so if clients don’t show up, they don’t get paid. We understand that sometimes work or life throws you a curveball, and despite your best intentions you have to cancel or miss an appointment. All we ask is that you give us 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, which will give us the opportunity to accommodate another client.

No-shows are automatically billed 50% of the appointment cost and this balance will have to be cleared before booking further appointments. Clients that no-show more than once are required to pay in full at the time of booking.

The most important thing to remember is that if you might not be able to make your appointment, call us and we’ll try to accommodate you. Meetings and conference calls can run over time, planes and buses are often late, that’s just a fact of life. If you’re running late, get in touch with us and we’ll try to make it work.
